Professor, Educational Researcher and Consultant:-
Dr Preedy has had a long and distinguished career in education including being Head Teacher of one of the first Beacon Schools in the UK, Executive Principal of a boarding school and a reporting Inspector for ISI (Independent School Inspectorate).
Dr Preedy has spearheaded several projects including developing leadership at all levels, performance and change management, Neuro-Developmental Delay – the link between movement and cognitive development and ‘Accelerated Learning’. As Honoray Research Consultant for Tamba (Twins and Multiple Births Association) Dr Preedy has conducted extensive research into meeting the educational needs of multiple birth children. She was part of the team that developed the performance indicators in primary schools value added baseline assessments (University of Durham CEM centre). Dr Preedy is passionate about early childhood education and has led international research contributing greatly to our knowledge and understanding of the development and needs of babies and young children, and what is meant by quality in the early years.
Dr Preedy is well-known as a keynote speaker on all of these areas as well as for conducting practical workshops on all aspects of early childhood.
British academic, who served as Warden of Keble College, Oxford, from 1980 to 1988, and as Chancellor of the University of Derby from 1995 to 2003.
Sir Christopher Ball is a very well regarded Academic who has researched many founding principles over his career.
Vandana Gandhi, is the CEO and Founder of British Orchard Nurseries – the only ISO 9001, 14001, 18001 certified nursery chain in the Middle East. Her passion for education has led to a life-long journey of learning and she has earned a Mathematics honors degree and a Post Graduate Diploma in International Business, distinction in Master’s in Education.
Dr Gandhi has received more than 20 international and national awards including the prestigious Emirates Woman Award, GR8 Women Award, European Quality Award for Best Manager at Oxford, UK, and Most Woman Friendly Award at WIL Economic Forum. Under her leadership, BON has received the Arabia CSR Award, MRM Award, DQAA, DHDAA, and SKEA Gold Award.
Dr Gandhi’s visionary leadership has brought about positive changes, she aspires to inspire not just the team of women at BON, but empower everyone to undertake further roles for the overall development of family, society, education and the extended economy.
Laura is currently completing her PhD, she has a Masters Degree in Forensic Psychology and a Law degree with honours. Laura is an accreditied psychotherapist with the BACP and has further qualifications in counselling.
With a background in primitive reflexes and Neurodevelopmental Delay she leads the Neuroway Motor Programmes implementation.
Managing the expansion of both research projects (Movement for Learning Project & Play Partners.)
Trained in all Neuroway Movement Programmes, Bilateral Integration, Auditory Processing and individual child development programmes.
As qualified counsellor she can offer various methods of psychotherapy for adults and couples. Laura is experienced in providing therapy to sexual offenders and as such she welcomes clients with anger management, abuse issues and anxiety.
Dr Lee works with leadership teams to develop and focus strategy
and to execute those strategies through high-performing teams and
organizations. Andrew is an Adjunct Professor at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and Regional Director at Oxford International AQA Examinations. Whilst both an inspirational speaker and highly educated individual, Andrew has a passion for education and is at the cutting edge of modern developments.
Deborah is a trustee of Prince William’s charity, Child Bereavement UK. In 2012 Deborah founded DLB Leadership Associates LTD, in conjunction with several other colleagues experienced in the realm of Leadership and Change Management, compliance, mediation and Marketing.
Deborah received the OBE (Order of the British Empire) in the New Year’s Honours List 2013 for her services to education. An adjudicator of the Independent School Awards, school inspector, education advisor to the DFE and Vice President of the ISA, Deborah has extensive leadership experience in both the maintained and independent school sectors. For 15 years, she was Headteacher of Babington House School in Kent, leading it from “Satisfactory” to “Excellent” in all areas of school life”.
Delena’s background is in education. She has taught on the BTEC Diploma in Health and Care, the Cache diploma, the Access to Higher Education programme and AQA counselling courses, which she also managed. In the higher education sector she has taught on the BA Degree in Education programme and also taught on and managed the Foundation Degree in Childhood Studies.
She has lectured for the Open University, the The University of Newport and the University of South Wales. She has taught in both Britain and South Africa.
Helena is an accredited Psychotherapist specialising in work with children & young people, families and addiction. Her therapeutic career has spanned 10 years and she has a passion for what she does
With an Undergraduate Degree in Addictions Counselling and extensive post-qualifying training in child neurodevelopment, attachment, trauma, grief and family systems. She makes use of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy alongside person-centred and creative interventions to encourage self exploration, reflection and therapeutic movement in clients.

Callum has a long history of Lesiure Management and has qualified in numerous courses within this field. Callum specialises in offering STA courses to schools and businesses in - First Aid at work , Emergency first aid, Pediatric first aid, Life saving and Saftey award for teachers.
Sarah is a qualified counsellor and member of the BACP. She has a background in education and specialises in working with adults and young people especially anxiety and family issues.
Caroline is a qualified counsellor and member of the BACP. She has a background in body image and specialises in working with adults and young people.
